Isn't this just ChatGPT for tenders?

How is Airprose different from the big RFP/proposal platforms?

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your data is stored in the UK, and every organisation's data is isolated at the database level, so one customer can never see another's. Your documents are used only to draft your responses.
Are you certified to SOC 2 / ISO 27001?

The new rules say I have to declare AI use in bids. Does that make it risky?
The opposite. Airprose is designed around it. What Loopio does well
Loopio is a mature product used by more than 1,700 companies. Its AI is trained on more than a decade of response data across hundreds of thousands of projects, and it has deep workflow and content-management features for large teams with many contributors. A security questionnaire is a list of questions a prospect or partner sends to check how you protect their data before they buy or renew. What a security questionnaire is for
When a company evaluates a vendor, its security or procurement team wants evidence that the vendor handles data safely. The questionnaire is how they collect that evidence in writing. Answers become part of the contract record, so accuracy matters as much as speed. A wrong answer about encryption or data residency can surface later in an audit or a breach investigation.

Why they take so long by hand
The work is repetitive, but it is not mechanical. Each question needs an answer that is true for your current setup, phrased for this customer, and consistent with what you told the last customer. A person answering by hand has to find the last good answer, check it is still accurate, adjust the wording, and note where the evidence lives. Across a few hundred questions, that adds up to days, and it usually lands on a small number of people who also have other jobs.
Consistency is the quiet problem. When three people answer questionnaires from three copies of an old spreadsheet, the same control gets described three different ways. Reviewers notice, and the differences invite follow-up questions.
What automation actually does
Good automation keeps one library of approved answers and drafts each questionnaire from it. You upload the customer's file, the software matches each question to the closest approved answer, and it fills in a draft. A person reviews the draft, edits anything that needs nuance, and exports the finished file in the format the customer expects.
The important part is where the answers come from. Answers should be drawn from content you control and marked with their source, so a reviewer can see why the software wrote what it wrote. A tool that generates plausible security claims without a source is a liability, because someone still has to sign the document.

With your consent, we use privacy-friendly, EU-hosted analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device/browser type. Analytics store a first-party identifier in your browser (via localStorage) so we can recognise repeat visits, and we do not record your screen or session, use advertising cookies, or track you across other sites. If you do not accept analytics, none of this is collected.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, and analytics data for up to 14 months. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@airprose.com. We respond within one month, as required by law.

Where your data lives
Your documents and drafted answers are stored in the UK. The application is served globally through our hosting and content-delivery provider, so the app itself may run in other regions, but your stored data stays in the UK. Product analytics are EU-hosted, use a first-party browser identifier (localStorage, not a cookie), and only run with your consent.
Tenant isolation
Every organisation's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security on every table. There are no cross-tenant joins in any service path, so one customer can never see another's content.
AI and your content
Airprose drafts only from the material you provide. Your content is used to generate your drafts and is not used to train shared AI models. Drafting uses a third-party AI provider under contract. We do not sell your data, and your content is never shared between customers.
Access and authentication
Access to your workspace is scoped to your organisation, with review and sign-off controls so answers only ship once a person approves them. Single sign-on (SSO / SAML) is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans. Customer-facing audit logs are on our roadmap.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of vendors to run the service. Where a vendor may process data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Certifications and roadmap
We would rather be plain than claim a badge we do not hold. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap and are not held today. What is true right now: UK data storage, per-tenant isolation with row-level security, no use of your content to train shared models, and SSO / SAML on the higher tiers. Customer-facing audit logs and formal certifications are planned.
