You use one of your monthly allowance when Airprose drafts answers into a form or questionnaire, and re-drafting the same document doesn't count again.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users at one flat price. Legacy tools charge a named-user seat for anyone who logs in, including people who only review, comment or approve, which quietly inflates the bill and pushes teams to lock reviewers out. Invite your whole team, reviewers and approvers included, at no extra cost.
