Who we are
This website (airprose.com) is operated by , trading as Airprose (“Airprose”, “we”, “us”), registered in England & Wales under company number , registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our data-protection contact is privacy@airprose.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through this marketing website. Your use of the Airprose product (the signed-in application) is governed by our separate Customer Agreement, Data Processing Agreement and product privacy notice, which describe how we handle the content you upload.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact or enquiry forms, or email us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, work email, company and message.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device/browser type. Analytics store a first-party identifier in your browser (via localStorage) so we can recognise repeat visits, and we do not record your screen or session. The same consent also enables Google Ads conversion measurement: cookies that tell us when an ad click led to a sign-up, linking your visit across our own two domains (airprose.com and app.airprose.com) for that purpose only. We never sell your data or track you across unrelated sites. If you do not accept analytics, none of this is collected, only an anonymous tally of page views that stores no cookies, no identifiers and no IP address, and cannot recognise you.
Why we use it (lawful bases)
- Responding to enquiries: our legitimate interest in answering you, and taking steps at your request before any contract.
- Analytics: your consent, given via the cookie banner (you can withdraw it at any time).
Cookies & similar technologies
See our Cookie Policy. Analytics only runs if you accept.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: PostHog (analytics, United States, safeguarded by the UK IDTA / EU SCCs), Vercel (website hosting and delivery), Supabase (our site database, which also holds the anonymous page-view, visit-source and app-click tallies), Google (advertising conversion measurement, United States, safeguarded by the UK IDTA / EU SCCs), and our email provider (handling enquiry emails). We do not sell your personal data. Our product sub-processors are available on request.
International transfers
Our website analytics are hosted in the United States by PostHog. Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, as PostHog does, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, and analytics data for up to 14 months. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@airprose.com. We respond within one month, as required by law.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first at privacy@airprose.com. We operate a complaints procedure and will acknowledge and respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it last changed.
